- A Google User Review added: 2018.04.12★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went to this service for help and after 2 sessions the senior counsillor turned me away and told me to go visit my doctor. I also experienced the I don't know what we could talk about in sessions senario.
I visited one of the doctors in the surgery and she had to prescribe me anti depressant medication and have also been put on the waiting list for counsilling through my doctors surgery. My doctor also said what qualifies a counsillor to tell me i need medication? after all they are there to listen not to give medical advice.
I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone since i found it unhelpful and the counsilor i seen created more anxiety issues for me, I had no where to turn in my time of need even my tutor was horrified that she was left to pick up the pieces after i was left in even more of a mess after attending the 2 sessions i was given. when i was promised 6.
