- Mechanical Eng Review added: 2018.11.05★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆For 4 years now Hillcrest have moved nothing but unemployed junkies next to my flat causing chaos, drug fuelled parties, stabbings, use of drug dens and vandalism including human faeces wiped all over the close and doors. I have not had a good night sleep in all this time of living here and Hillcrest have never cared despite the hundreds of complaints made. Since November the Police have been called out 81 times yet Hillcrest do not see a problem. Stupid thick idiots, stay away from Hillcrest!!!!.
