  Made a £2000.00 enquiry asking for a quote, i was sent a generic response back to advise that you cannot give customers quotes and you simply need to do it yourself online, i thought that was poor and that you weren't getting the right sales experience from a company that is a specialist in this field. I did receive a call from a senior manager (owner) who apologised and i was happy to proceed on that basis. I placed an order £150.00 and it was delivered the next day fantastic i thought. i then had the confidence to place another order £211.00, a few items were sample tops and shorts and socks before we confirmed our large order but also wanted some coaching equipment for training sessions. I was informed it would be 7-14 working days for the whole order. I wanted the coaching equipment sooner as that was paid for and i was told if i wanted the in stock items i would need to pay £5 delivery charge. I though this was shocking since i placed two orders and pending a £2000.00 they should wave the £5 in that instance, also samples are refunded anyway. I emailed with no response and chased again today. In a bid to get a response i asked for the manager to call only to be the same person that refused to refund a £5 charge and i asked to cancel, within minutes the order was cancelled with no consideration to the total value of the orders and customer. I have now asked for a callback and the orders have been cancelled. Direct Soccer aren't the cheapest but i liked the website and you get confidence from that but i was appalled by the communication. i think the owners need to seriously look at this, its a real shame! I now need to start again to buy strips for our 2008 boys team!
