- Felicity Review added: 2018.09.02★ ★ ★ ★ ★Rangers John and (?sp) Rory were fun, enthusiastic, down to earth (literally!) and interesting on the wildflower walk in the lovely left-to-nature corner of the park. I liked that this walk was advertised as kid-friendly. Actually, I just liked the tone here. This event was enriched because John is very knowledgeable about connected things: the local history, good bike rides outwith the park, where to see lupins - all sorts! This park has watersports equipment for hire and runs taster sessions, open water swimming (specific times only), a playpark and adventure playground, high ropes bookable activities, ranger-led nature activities, orienteering, trails for kids, barbecues for hire, a cafe, something for everyone and all well advertised. It's a boon to the area - I wish we were nearer!
